To raise the rate of childcare leave taken by male and female employees to the following level or higher within the period of the action plan
- Male employees … To raise the rate of taking childcare leave to 70% or higher
- Female employees … To raise the rate of taking childcare leave to 90% or higher

- From April 2025: To revise the materials on maternity and childcare leaves and to inform employees of these leaves
- From September 2025: To provide training for employees through e-learning and other means

To limit annual total hours of overtime work and holiday work per employee to 360 hours or less within the period of the action plan
